ITEC Educating & Training Course

PROOF OF QUALIFICATION REQUIRED BEFORE COURSE COMMENCES 

Next course commencing on the following dates; April 8th (Monday), May13th (Monday),June 10th (Monday).

New ITEC /VTCT Certificate in Educating & Training - Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Fitness Instructors, Massage Therapists & Complimentary Therapists.

This new qualification is mapped to the UK qualification framework at Level 4 and the Irish Framework at Level 6. With more than 20 years experience in the business of training students and delivering ITEC courses, we are renowned and well know in the industry as one of the market leaders for achieving excellent results. This experience allows us to pass on our extensive knowledge to new trainers and help them to deliver classes to the highest standards possible. During this course we concentrate a lot on the practicalities of teaching, while still providing you with the theoretical principles.

Entry Requirements are as follows:

• Applicants must be aged 19 years +
• Hold ITEC or approved qualification in the subject he/she wishes to teach
• Competent in English, Maths and ICT skills

The following are required for successful completion of the course:

• Attendance of all lectures.
• Successful completion and submission of all assignments.
• Completion of 30 hours teaching practice and 10 hours teaching observation. (Prior teaching experience can be taken into consideration)

Upon successful completion of this course learners will receive the new ITEC Certificate in Education & Training which is recognised by employers and insurers internationally which will enable you to combine work and travel. It will open up opportunities for teaching in private colleges and community education.
